The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and have extensive experience in recruiting top software developers for various industries. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the software development industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top software developers
- Source, screen, and recruit top software developer talent using various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the job requirements and qualifications
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical hiring practices
- 5+ years of experience in software developer recruitment
- Extensive knowledge of software development job functions, skills, and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of legal and ethical hiring practices
- Expert in promoting creating connection on social media platform
